My PhD research uncovered a new mechanism for coherent radiation emission in relativistic plasmas, driven by the interplay between radiative physics and kinetic plasma instabilities.

I have contributed to experiments recreating relativistic plasmas in the laboratory, using large-scale simulations to study the same processes, such as coherent emission and particle instabilities, that operate in astrophysical settings.

My research bridges laboratory and astrophysical plasma physics, focusing on how radiation, strong fields, and collective behaviour interact in both experimental and cosmic environments. I am particularly interested in developing theoretical models that capture the dynamics of such plasmas across both domains.
